Schaeffer is a unique band, and it’s only fitting that their music follow suit. The band is comprised of three brothers, Bryon, Nolan, and Daniel Rossi.

The band debuted on Alternative Addiction in 2005 with their song “Stay” from their debut album “No Ordinary People,” but it wasn’t until 2007 that we really began to see just how impressive this trio was.

The band released their sophomore album “Something Worth Fighting For” in the summer of 2007, and people were instantly talking about it. What made the album so special is the unique direction the band took in writing it- as collection of individual songs that each stand alone…while simultaneously working together to tell a single, complete story. The result is an album that many feel not only raises the bar for Schaeffer, but for all young indie bands.

Congratulations Schaeffer on being voted by the visitors of Alternative Addiction as the best Unsigned Band of 2007! We can’t wait to hear what’s to come in 2008!
